Yes sir, the Gas Truck class seems to be gaining speed in the southeast and I believe with the economy it will gorw bigger for some time.
I don't think a C-main is out of the question.

Alex,
Look me up when you get there. I drive a black dodge durango with Ochitone Racing Team on back glass. Not 100% sure I'm gonna make it but trying everything in my power to get there. Love to meet team members......

Cool, my cell is 404.642.8225 if you want to meet up. I am working on getting a new ModHobby branded tent so anyone can find me easily. I am going to try to get a hotel unless my buddy goes with his big trailer where we can sleep in it.

If for some reason I am not able to run anything, I will still try to make it out there to help out in any way I can. I love to help and turn marshall.....Pretty sure I will not be able to afford a hotel and enter the race so I might sleep in my truck, but we will see as it gets closer. I have programed your number in my cell phone and will give you a call later as the event gets closer.....

As the front page says guys after talking to our local racers, supporters and sponsors we have decided to make the 7th Annual Summer nitrofest a one day event and use Sunday as a rain day.
This will allow everyone to enjoy a full day of racing at a national facility, while keeping travel and other expenses down in these troubled times.
For those still wanting to stay in town, please make your reservations at either the Drury Inn or Comfort Suites off of exit 18, both give us an excellent rate of 59.99 per night on hotels.com bothe are over 100.00. Please use metrolina expo as the discount code.
We will update information as it becomes available at www.carolinasrc.com (http://www.carolinasrc.com) and www.charlottercmotorsportspark.com (http://www.charlottercmotorsportspark.com).
Thanks to everyone for thier support and see you at the races.
