Just some points i have noted to make the buggy and truggy solid and reliable.
1.Firstly the rear shock towers i secure to the bulkheads with longer screws and lock nuts, could do the same to the front shock towers but ive had issues with the rears mainly.
2.With the hinge pins using eclips i fitted Kfactory captured hinge pins and believe the Cen genesis and Ofna buggy ones fit aswell.
Shouldnt be needed since Caster has there own captured hinge pins now :)
3.Front upper hinge pin holder is recommended to change to the ally ones.
4.Take the time and effort to shim the clearance between the diff gears and crown wheels, realy makes for a better transmission.
5.Change the kit engine mounts to a 1 piece or 3 piece to strengthen and prevent ripping out the engine mount screws from the chassis in a bad crash.
6.Cant speak for the new wing stays but teh older ones needed to boiled in water for a bit more flex so they didnt break on hard awkward landings.
7.Use thread lock on all grub screws and any screws going into metal.
Some of this might not apply to the latest kits but are always good to check on.
