Well, obviously the pro is better because it has 7075 t6 routered aluminum and cvds all the way around, etc.....
The race roller is a rtr without all the electronics, etc... It can be competitive on the track also. I personally run a race roller....

I run a race roller too. I would recommend putting the aluminum chassis braces and e-clips. I raced it just like that and it did very well. Its obvious the pro is better though as it has all CVD's and aluminum toe block and captured pins but the race roller can be raced with sucess.
OK, does th Mamba Monster Combo work and fit on the Caster buggies bcz i heard that they didn't???
The race roller sounds like my best bet for now, unless i can find a good used pro roller!!!!;)

Does the Tekin 4030 (buggy) motor fit with no issues? (or if minor issues, what are they?)
How about the Tekin 4038 truggy motor?
Finally, so we can do our own research, what motor length, and what motor diameter, can fit in the buggy?

Tekin buggy motors fit the EX1 Pro, EX1 RTR. Tekin truggy motors fit the F8T.
If you go with the MMM 2650kv, make sure to dremel out the chassis more forward where the endbell will sit. Or it will rub the chassis and pop the motor screw when flexing...

I haven't had that problem before in any car, and I always try to have the motor sit flat on the chassis if possible. I wonder if good quality screws make a difference? Not all are equal for sure...
I haven't had it happen either, but wanted to avoid it after reading the info on rctech.
