Caster starter box mod.

Got tired of snapping belts so made a mod to the pulley.
see pic, i added a washer to teh pulley by drilling and tapping the pulley and screwing on the washer.

Do you have specs of the washer and a pic of it before installed?

I just drilled and tapped two threaded holes and drilled matching holes on a washer that was larger than teh pulley.
