here it is. just tried to fit this body. but i had to expose the esc. will figure out a way to protect the esc fan

U can use a lexan piece and cover it. Glue it on with Shoe Goo. Poke a few holes on the lexan so the fan can draw more fresh air when u run without risking water from getting in.

Nice paint job! I really like the yellow on black scheme. Or is that shadow gray? Looks good either way, imo! Stands out quite nice.

This was just a stock RC8T body, but it fit so good I would think that the Bulldog or Punisher bodies for the RC8T would work good also.

Jay_Son

It will fit the k8t but you have to reposition the rear body post. It will look like this.

I used the Proline body for the rc8t. It is wide enough to keep the side guards on the k8t.

hi m8.

by what do you mean reposition the body post pls??

Sein
02-22-2012, 03:00 PM
With the stock body, the rear body post are too high for forward cab style bodies. So, you have to drill into your shock tower to lower the rear body post so that the forward cab bodies can fit properly.

Stock, the rear body post screw into the rear shock tower. I removed them and lowered them.
