Hi
I see this chassis :
"K8PT-01 K8-T CNC Modified Main Racing Chassis. This is the ultra-lightweight upgrade racing chassis for the hardcore racer when every ounce matters! Made from strong 7075 aluminum. Experts only need apply!"
What is different than orginal K8t Pro chassis ??
Thank you

K8 one is also milled out like the buggy one in the pic.
I have one on my K8T and it feels a lot stiffer and hasnt affected weight.

There are 3 chassis plates available. The RTR plate has no CNC work at all. The Team Kit has some CNC milling done to it, and the Upgrade one has more milling in it to lighten it up some more without losing strength or rigidity.
I haven't uploaded those pics yet as we made a change on how we are uploading pics. Look at the Buggy pics and you will see what the difference is. I will try to see if I can find some other pics and post them.

Most people (99%) are perfectly happy with the team plate. The problem here in the US is that a lot of people need to have something better than the next guy whether for bragging rights, belief that it will matter, or the mentality of having to have the best of the best. So, instead of another company offering it and selling it, we decided to make one. It takes off a few ounces and it looks sweet and realistically for the price difference, if you need a new plate, you should probably upgrade to it. Otherwise, I wouldn't worry about it, but other forum members here will probably disagree.......

I run the Lightend chassis and they work good but the original chassis is good too, the only difference is that one is lighter. I like running one to be different.

Here is pics of a std K8 team chassis on the right and cnc chassis on the left.
I dont have a RTR chassis since its senseless to replace with a std chassis on a RTR, rather upgrade to a Team/Pro chassis.

ok here i go ( takes long breath ) and also the period doesnt work on my laptop so this is going to look like a really long runon sentance I believe that a good rc vehicle is a balanced vehicle I always liked the way the car felt in stock trim with no upgrades or added weight also with a five cell aa mimh pack as they weigh a good amount when I added the cnc center diff mount and the front and rear swaybar plates and the upper hinge pin holders the car felt different so adding the lightened plate brung the weight back down close to stock trim ( believe it or not Im just good enough to feel the difference ) so that is why I run the upgrade plate because I added those upgrade pieces
hope this gives a good explanation
