What would you do if you have paid for something & it like doesnt arrive from the shop that you bought it from? do you think that they have an obligation to even refund your $ or replace item lost in the post?. i paid for item that offered free postage, maybe i will start to flog his site url on every place i can get on if nothing happens.. by the way 6 days to post to Australia from USA , so far 17 days interstate here in Aussie Bah nothing makes me more mad now i cant run my Caster ..... vnmsgt i might pm you as its one of the items you sell, maybe you can help me bypass this turkey & i can go to the manuafacturer, if i have no luck this week. As i see it they dont represent the company they sell products from if this is how a customer is treated . any way off to pull my hair out ...

I don't get it. Unless you paid cash or with a check all you have to do is contact your payment provider and tell them you never received the item. Most of them will give you your money back whether they get it from the store or not.
Warning**** before contacting your credit card company about the transaction, contact the store first. If you reverse the transaction the store/company will get a charge back fee applied to their account. Back in the day it was around $25 per transaction. And they have to pay it regardless and they don't like it. Especially on small priced items.
If you used paypal, I believe they will refund up to $500. My wife did this along time ago with a rogue seller on ebay who sold her damaged goods.

just kicking tyres ATM i paid cash directley into shops account, so i dont think i can get the money back, i have to wait to see what happens wif Australia post. I can see if it doesnt arrive i will get the run around, i cant believe when they sent the parcel it was in a low cost bag which has no tracking details Doh! real ston age that is. any way i have to wait which is hard when you want to get a new car up and running ... next time i think ill go to holeshot for any stuff, it was fast to get things from USA, my local hobby shop had a proline body on order for me for over 5 weeks still no body rofl .. anyway i still love trying to keep my cars running no matter the bloody dramas involved.

thanks guys for your replys, it was an Aussie dealer, oh by the way i have given up on the whole saga .the low down is i paid for new 7 port .21 & never recieved it, & the shop basically has thrown their hands in the air and said bad luck! Hows that for customer service, i have E-mailed the US distributor with my problem not to hear back. All i wanted was some help as to who i could complain to, in regard to my treatment, which didnt happen. Any way i have been shafted and are going to put it behind me as a bad experience, i had a cracking headache all day on friday from the stress of it all after so many phone calls to shop and Australia post.thats the end of my relationship with Go motors, which didnt even get started. Any one who can genuinely offer me some service i would be appreciative of it , the only reason i am trying there is your prices are better than over here. thanks again ... Also had my old novarossi club motor in the car for the first time yesterday (i had to car going) must say i am happy as with the car cant wait to run it around the track soon ... hope i dont sound as im looking for a shoulder to cry on but im so stressed of the whole bloody thing now

No problem, it looked like you got something from over here with your first post....so we were trying to figure out what was going on. I knew Casterusa didn't sell you a motor....

Ah never mind. Just reread your previous post and you said "someone here" which I interpreted as in this forum. But I guess you meant in Australia.
Got ya.
Why not post the shop's name so other aussies that come here won't have similar problems?
