well i cant start it cause the clutch with the teeth wont spin properly and it gets stuck sometimes if i just push the truggy and is really loose. it became loose and i took the stuff off and tightened it back together and after like 3 pulls on the pull start it was loose again and not sitting in the proper spot. here are some pictures i took with my phone so they arent the greatest in quality but i didnt have my camera.

when it just sits..

You are either missing a bearing or a bearing broke. You should have a bearing right underneath the bolt that holds the clutchbell on and one bearing inside the clutch bell right behind the front bearing.

Go to www.casterracingusa.com and go to the bottom right side of the page. Then go to downloads and click on K8 manual. Then go to "building the clutch" and the diagram shows you what you should have in your clutch assembly so you can find out what is missing.

That is the bearing that broke. You need a new one. They are about 1-2 dollars a piece is all.

You need 5x10x4mm clutch bearings. It may be a bit of a pain if your bearing came a part in your clutch bell. Sometimes the outside piece of the bearing distorts and gets stuck in the clutch bell. Also, looking at the pictures the clutch bell and gear don't look aligned properly. make sure the clutch bell has full contact with the gear and is aligned properly. You don't want the clutch bell cocked sideways towards the gear.

If it were me I'd replaced the entire clutch assembly.

Switch both bearings at the same time. Also invest in new clutch shoes and springs. Then take some mid/fine sand paper and same the inside of the clutch bell and remove any grooves inside it.

You might also be wise to invest in a new bell. If the teeth are worn down it won't be long before you strip it completely, trust me. I went to an OFNA vented bell after my stock one stripped and it works very nicely. They're really strong, nice thick teeth, and provide cooling for teh clutch, plus you can inspect the clutch (to a point) without removing the bell. Also make sure to loctite the bell screw with blue loctite, that'll keep it from coming loose and letting the bell move back and forth.
