Are these a 2 piece filter like the losi's? A inner with a oil filter and an outer pre filter?

Top one is the inner filter and the lower one is the outer filter.
I do think that a oval filter like the Hyper 8 isthe way to go though.
You get the necessary body clearance and a slightly larger surface area.

The Habao filter just looks good and works very well.
Larger surface area as well.

I like the Caster one.....and I am coming from a motocross perspective. 2 piece, extra surface area, can use different oils on each one.....brilliant.
