Thought this would be helpful for any new people.
1. Set kitchen oven to 350 degrees.
2. Cover a cookie sheet with foil
3. Place used tires and wheels on covered cookie sheet and let sit in the oven for 15mins.
4. Remove cookie sheet and allow tires and wheels to rest until easy to handle. The heat from the oven and the cooling effect of allowing the tire and wheel to sit will make the glue brittle. This will allow you to create cracks in the glue seam, thus allowing you to peal the tire off the wheel.
5. With tire and wheel separated; place wheel in a container allowing the wheels to be fully submerged in acetone.
6. Allow wheels to marinate in acetone for 36hrs or more.
7. Remove wheels from container and wipe away remaining glue.
Notes:
Baking tires in oven will smell like burnt rubber.

Good Point about the gloves, these will be very hot roughly 350 degree, enough to cook my tombstone pizza so be careful!!!!
cheesecake is right the acetone is really just if you're anal; getting the last few chips of glue could be removed by 600 sand paper or a wire wheel on a dremel.

I get a gallon paint container, fill halfway with acetone, put rims with tires in can and seal, leave for a few days. No more CA. You will need new foams but thats probably why you want the tires off anyway.
